Bulk Diesel Supply in the UAE
Fill your storage tank in one visit. We deliver bulk diesel by tanker to plants, yards, camps and building sites across the UAE.
Bulk Diesel Delivery by Tanker
If your business uses a lot of diesel, driving to a fuel station again and again does not make sense. A bulk delivery brings the diesel to your own storage tank, so machines, generators and trucks can refuel on site whenever they need to.
Tell us the size of your tank and how much space is free. We confirm what we can deliver in one visit, and we can plan repeat deliveries if you use diesel every week or every month.
Who Needs Bulk Diesel
-
Factories and plants
Machines, boilers and backup power that run for many hours.
-
Transport companies
A yard tank that trucks can fill from, day and night.
-
Camps and compounds
Shared generators and equipment for many people.
-
Large building projects
A site tank for machines that work all day.
How a Bulk Delivery Works
One tanker, one tank
A bulk delivery is simple. The tanker comes to your site, the driver connects the hose to the fill point of your tank and pumps the diesel in. When the tank reaches the agreed level, the hose is disconnected and the area is checked. Most of the time on site goes into preparing and checking, not into pumping, which is why a clear plan matters.
Why one planned delivery works better than many small ones
Every small delivery needs a request, a time slot, a driver at your gate and someone from your team to meet them. With a bulk delivery you do all of that once. You also lower the chance of the tank running low between orders, because it starts full.
Working Out the Right Order Size
Start with the tank
Check the capacity written on the tank or in its papers, then read the gauge. If the tank holds 10,000 litres and the gauge shows it is a quarter full, you have room for about 7,500 litres. That is the most you can take in one delivery.
Leave some room
Do not plan to fill a tank to the very top. Diesel expands when it gets warm, and a tank needs a little air space. Ask your tank maker or the driver for the safe fill level, and tell us when you order.
Look at your usage
Write down how much diesel you used in the last week or month. If the number changes a lot, use your busiest week as a guide. Then decide how long you want one delivery to last, for example two weeks, and you have a sensible order size.
A simple example
Say your machines use about 600 litres a day and you want a delivery to last ten days. That is about 6,000 litres. If your tank only has room for 4,000 litres, you could order 4,000 litres every six or seven days instead. These numbers only show the idea. Send us your own figures and we will help you plan.
Planning Regular Bulk Deliveries
A regular bulk delivery is the easiest way to avoid running out. The idea is to pick a day, or a gap between deliveries, that keeps the tank above a safe level. To plan it, we usually ask:
- How much diesel you use in a normal week.
- Whether your use goes up or down at certain times of the year or stages of a project.
- The size of your tank and how much space is usually free.
- The best days and hours for a delivery.
- Who will meet the driver at the gate.
We suggest a schedule and you can change it at any time. If a project speeds up or slows down, tell us and we adjust the next delivery.
Looking After a Bulk Diesel Tank
Keep it closed and clean
Dust, sand and water are the main enemies of a diesel tank. Keep the fill cap and the vents in good condition, keep them closed when not in use, and keep the area around the fill point clean.
Watch for water
Water can get into a tank through condensation or a worn seal. Check the bottom of the tank as often as your tank maker recommends. If you see water or dirt in the diesel, stop using it and get advice before it reaches your machines.
Match supply to use
Diesel that sits in a tank for a long time can pick up dirt and water. A regular supply that matches how fast you use the diesel is better than one very large fill that lasts for months.
Mark the fill point
Put a clear sign on the fill point and keep the way to it free. This helps new drivers and your own team, and it stops diesel going into the wrong tank.
What Affects the Price of a Bulk Order
The price of a delivered order is not the same as the pump price. For a bulk order, the main things that change the price are:
- The quantity you order.
- The location of your site.
- The day and time of the delivery.
- How easy the access is for the tanker.
- Whether it is a single order or a regular supply.
The official retail price of diesel changes every month and gives a rough guide. The price you pay is the one in your quote, so ask for it before you decide. Send us your quantity and location and we reply with a clear quote.
Before the Tanker Arrives
A few minutes of preparation saves time on the day and helps you check what you received.
- Read the tank gauge and write down the number.
- Check that the tanker can reach the fill point: gate width, road surface and height limits.
- Clear the area around the fill point.
- Open the fill cap, or have the key ready.
- Tell the driver the safe fill level for your tank.
- Have someone from your team on site to watch the delivery.
- Read the gauge again after the delivery. The difference is the amount you received.
- Keep a note of the date and the amount for your records.
How Bulk Orders Work
-
Tell us about your tank
Share the tank size, how much space is free and where it is on your site.
-
Agree the quantity and time
We confirm how much we can deliver and when the tanker can arrive. Same-day delivery is our aim.
-
Delivery and fill
A trained driver connects the hose and fills your tank to the agreed level.
Safety Around a Full Tank
A full tank holds a lot of fuel, so take safety seriously. Keep smoking, open flames and sparks away from the tank and the tanker. Keep other vehicles away from the fill area while the hose is connected. If you see a leak or a spill, tell the driver at once and keep people back. Our drivers follow safe fuelling steps, and our trucks carry warning signs, a hose reel and safety equipment.
