Construction Site Diesel Supply in the UAE

Diesel for excavators, loaders, cranes and site generators, delivered to your site so the work does not stop.

Fuel Delivered to Your Site

Heavy machines use a lot of diesel, and sending them to a fuel station wastes hours. When machines refuel on site, they spend more time working. We bring the tanker to your site and fill machines and generators where they stand.

Every site is different. Some have tight gates, some have soft ground, and some have strict working hours. Tell us about your site and we plan the delivery with you. For long projects, we can set up regular deliveries.

Who We Fuel on Site

  • Main contractors

Diesel for the whole site, in one order.

  • Subcontractors and plant hire

Fuel for hired machines, wherever they are working.

  • Site generators

Power for tools, lights and site offices.

  • Site vehicles and trucks

Dump trucks and trucks that move material.

Machines on a Construction Site That Use Diesel

A busy site can have many diesel users at the same time. Common ones are:

  • Excavators and backhoe loaders for digging and loading.
  • Wheel loaders and bulldozers for moving material.
  • Dump trucks and water tankers.
  • Mobile cranes and, on many sites, crane generators.
  • Compressors, concrete pumps and mixers.
  • Rollers and compactors on road and ground works.
  • Site generators and light towers for night work.

When you send an order, a short list of what needs fuel helps us plan the visit and the order of work.

How Refuelling Fits Into Site Work

The best time to refuel a machine is when it is not needed. That is often at the start of a shift, during a break or at the end of the day. A delivery planned for those times means the machines go back to work with full tanks, and nobody waits for the tanker.

Tell us your shift times and your break times. If the site works at night, say so, and we check what we can arrange. Machines that run all day, such as a loader or a crusher, may need a top-up at midday as well.

Planning Fuel for Each Stage of a Project

Groundwork and excavation

Digging, grading and hauling usually use the most diesel, because many large machines work together. Plan bigger and more frequent deliveries at this stage.

Structure and concrete

Cranes, concrete pumps and mixers become the main users. Generators run longer as the building rises. Send us the number of cranes and pumps on site, so we can plan.

Finishing and fit-out

Diesel use usually drops as heavy machines leave, but generators and light vehicles may still run. Tell us when the work slows down, and we reduce the amount.

Site Access and Ground Conditions

A tanker is a heavy vehicle. Before the delivery, tell us about anything that may stop it getting close:

  • A narrow or low gate, and the opening hours of the gate.
  • Soft ground, sand or mud after rain.
  • Steep slopes, ramps or tight turns.
  • Overhead cables or pipes.
  • Other traffic, such as concrete trucks arriving at the same time.

If the machine cannot be reached by the tanker, the driver can use the hose, within reason. Tell us how far the machine is from the gate. A site marshal or a supervisor at the gate makes the visit faster and safer.

Keeping Track of Fuel on Site

Fuel is a real cost on a site, and it is easy to lose track of it. A simple log helps: the date, the machine, the litres and the person who refuelled. Check it against the delivery amounts every week. It shows which machines use the most diesel, and it lets you spot a problem early.

Keep fuel caps locked when machines are not working, and have a supervisor present when machines are refuelled. These two habits protect your fuel and make the log easier to trust.

Working with Subcontractors and Plant Hire

On a large site, many companies bring their own machines. Decide who orders the diesel and who pays for it before the first delivery, and tell us. We can fuel all machines in one visit if one person sends the list and the plan, which is simpler than many small orders.

Heat, Dust and Night Work

Heat

In summer, machines and fuel are hot by the afternoon. Plan refuelling for the cooler hours of the morning when you can, and let a hot machine cool before it is refuelled, as the maker advises.

Dust and sand

Sand in a fuel tank damages engines. Wipe the area around the fill cap before it is opened, and close it fully afterwards. Ask the driver to keep the hose end off the ground.

Night work

If the site works at night, good light at the machine matters for safe refuelling. Tell us the hours, and make sure a supervisor is on site while the hose is in use.

Planning a Delivery Day, Step by Step

A good delivery day on site is mostly planning. This order works well for many teams:

  1. The day before, the supervisor lists the machines that need fuel and checks the gauges.
  2. The order is sent with the list, the gate pin and the time.
  3. On the morning of the delivery, the gate is cleared and the guard is told.
  4. The tanker arrives and the machines are fuelled one by one, with the supervisor present.
  5. The litres for each machine are written in the log before the tanker leaves.

What to Send for a Site Delivery

This short list is all we need to plan the visit.

  • The site location and a pin for the gate.
  • The machines and generators that need fuel.
  • An estimate of the diesel for each one, or for the whole site.
  • Working hours and the best time for the tanker.
  • Gate passes, induction or other site rules.
  • The name and number of the person who will meet the driver.

How Site Delivery Works

  1. Tell us about your site

Share the location, the machines to fuel and any access rules, such as gate passes or working hours.

  2. We plan the visit

We confirm the quantity, the time and where the tanker should stop.

  3. Machines are fuelled on site

The driver fills machines and generators one by one, with safety gear and warning signs in place.

Safety on a Busy Site

A busy site has many moving machines. Our drivers wear safety gear, and the truck has clear warning signs. Please tell us about site rules and any danger areas. Machines should be switched off while they are fuelled, and nobody should smoke near the tanker. Keep other vehicles and people away from the area where the hose is laid out.

Site Diesel Across the UAE

We deliver to construction sites in all emirates. Pick your emirate for local details, or send us the site location.

Questions

Construction Site Diesel FAQs

Can you fuel machines that cannot move?

Yes. The driver brings the hose to the machine, as long as the tanker can park within reach. Tell us how far the machine is from the gate.

What if my site has strict gate rules?

Send us the rules with your request, for example passes, induction or delivery hours. We confirm that the driver can follow them.

Can I get regular deliveries for the whole project?

Yes. Tell us the machines you use and roughly how often they refuel. We suggest a schedule you can change as the work changes.

Can you refuel at night?

Tell us your working hours and the time you need the diesel. We confirm what we can arrange for your site.

How do I know how much each machine used?

Keep a simple log of the date, the machine and the litres each time. Compare it with the delivery amounts every week.

Who should I send the order list to?

Send it to us on WhatsApp or by the quote form. If many contractors work on the site, ask one person to send a single list for the whole site.

How do I get a quote for a site delivery?

Send your site location, the machines and the amount of diesel you expect to use on WhatsApp or with the form. We reply with a quote.

Should machines be refuelled in the heat of the day?

It is better to refuel in the cooler hours when you can, and to let a hot machine cool first, as the maker advises. Tell us your working hours and we plan the visit around them.

Can you deliver to a site that has no road yet?

Often, yes, if the tanker can get close and the ground is firm enough. Send a pin and a few words about the track, and we tell you if the hose can cover the last distance.
