Diesel Supply FAQs

Short, clear answers to the questions we hear most. If you cannot find yours, send us a message.

Questions

Ordering

How do I order diesel?

Message us on WhatsApp, call us or fill in the quote form. Tell us your location, how much diesel you need and when you need it. We confirm the details with you before the truck is sent. A quote is not an order, so you can ask first and decide after.

What information do you need from me?

Your name, a mobile or WhatsApp number, the emirate and area, the approximate quantity and what the diesel is for. A location pin helps the driver find you faster, and any site rules, such as gate passes or delivery hours, help us plan the visit.

Can I set up regular deliveries?

Yes. If you use diesel every week or every month, tell us the amounts and the day that suits you. We will suggest a schedule. You can change it when your work changes, for example when a project grows or slows down.

Can I order for more than one site?

Yes. Put all the locations and the quantity for each one in the same message. We then explain how the deliveries can be planned, and which nearby sites can be filled in one trip.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can send a request without creating an account.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Tell us as early as you can. If the truck has not left yet, we can usually change the time or the quantity. For changes close to the delivery time, message us straight away and we will tell you what is possible.

Do you work with companies as well as individuals?

Most of our customers are businesses: contractors, factories, fleets, camps, farms and building managers. If you are an individual with a generator or a machine, you are welcome to ask for a quote too.

Questions

Delivery

Do you deliver diesel on the same day?

We aim for same-day delivery. The exact timing depends on when you order, how much you need, where you are and how many deliveries are planned that day. Send your request early in the day, with a location pin, and we will tell you what is possible.

What happens when the truck arrives?

A trained driver brings the tanker as close to your tank or machine as is safe, connects the hose and fills it. Please have someone on site who can show the driver the tank and confirm the amount.

Can you deliver to a site with gate passes or strict rules?

Yes. Send us the rules with your request, for example passes, induction or delivery hours, so we can plan the visit and the driver arrives with what is needed.

Do you deliver outside the city?

In many cases, yes. We deliver to farms, quarries, camps and remote sites. Send a location pin and tell us how to reach the place, and we will confirm if and when we can deliver.

Can you deliver at night or at the weekend?

Tell us when you need the diesel and we will confirm what we can arrange. It depends on the day, the location and the schedule.

What if I am not on site when the truck arrives?

It is best to have someone there who knows where the tank is. If that is not possible, tell us when you send the request, and we will talk about what is possible. Please do not leave tanks unlocked or unmarked without telling us.

Can you fill several vehicles or machines in one visit?

Yes. Tell us how many there are and where they are parked. The driver can fill them one after another in the same visit.

What if I need more diesel than the truck can carry in one visit?

Tell us the total you need. We will confirm what can be delivered in one visit and whether a second delivery is needed.

Questions

Quantity and price

How much diesel can I order?

Share the amount you have in mind, even roughly, and we say what can be delivered. If you cannot give a figure, tell us what you want to fuel, and we work out a sensible amount together.

How do I work out how much diesel I need?

For a tank, check the size and the gauge. The space that is left is the most you can take. For generators, the use depends on the size of the generator and the load, so the running hours help. For vehicles, count them and estimate what each one takes. An estimate is enough to get a quote.

What is the price of diesel for a delivered order?

It depends on the quantity, the location and the delivery date. Send us your request and we will reply with a clear quote. For the official monthly pump price, see our diesel price page.

Why is the delivered price different from the pump price?

The pump price is the retail price at a fuel station. A delivered order includes bringing the tanker to your site, and the cost depends on how much you order, where you are and when you need it.

How often does the diesel price change?

The official retail diesel price in the UAE is announced once a month and starts on the first day of the month. It can go up or down from one month to the next.

How is payment handled?

We confirm the payment details with you when we confirm the order. You are welcome to ask before you order.

Questions

Getting your site ready

What should I prepare before the truck arrives?

Make sure the tanker can reach the tank, tell us about gate passes or delivery hours, have someone on site to show the driver the tank, keep the area clear, and have any tank locks or caps ready.

Can the tanker reach my tank?

Look at your gate, your road surface and anything low overhead. If access is narrow, soft or low, tell us, and we plan how the driver reaches the tank, or how long the hose must be.

Should the generator or the engine be switched off?

Usually yes. For safety, engines and generators are normally switched off, and generators are allowed to cool, before they are refuelled. The driver will tell you what is needed.

Where should vehicles be parked for refuelling?

Park them so the fuel cap side is easy to reach, and leave space for the driver to walk between them. Tell us about locked fuel caps before the visit.

Can you deliver to a basement or roof generator?

It depends on access. Tell us where the generator is and how a hose could reach it. We will confirm what is possible before we come.

Questions

Safety and fuel storage

Is the diesel delivery safe?

Safety is part of every visit. Drivers follow safe fuelling steps and the truck carries the equipment for it. Customers help by keeping smoking and open flames away from the area.

What should I do if there is a spill?

Tell the driver straight away. Keep people away from the area, switch off nearby ignition sources and follow the driver's instructions. Do not wash fuel into drains.

How should I look after my diesel tank?

Keep the tank covered and closed so that dirt and water cannot get in, and check it from time to time. Diesel that sits in a tank for a long time can pick up water and dirt, so a regular supply that matches your use is better than one very large fill that you use slowly.

Do you offer paperwork for my records?

If you need a document for your records, tell us when you order, and we will confirm what is available for your delivery.

Questions

Coverage

Which emirates do you cover?

We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, including Al Ain.

What if my area is not on your list?

Send us a location pin and we will check. The area pages show the places our customers ask for most, but they are not the only places we can deliver to.

Do you deliver to free zones and ports?

We can deliver to sites in free zones and port areas. Each one has its own entry rules, so send us the company name and the gate or plot details, and we will confirm what is needed before the truck comes.

Still Have a Question?

Send it to us on WhatsApp, or ask for a quote at the same time. We reply as soon as we can.
