What to Send Us
The form asks for a few simple things. If you are in a hurry, you can send the same details on WhatsApp instead.
- Your location. The emirate and area, or a location pin if you have one.
- The quantity. An estimate is enough. If you have a tank, tell us its size and how much space is free.
- What the diesel is for. A generator, a machine, a fleet or a storage tank.
- When you need it. Today, in a few days, or on a regular schedule.
- Anything special. Gate passes, delivery hours or limited access.
What Affects Your Price
The price of a delivered order is not the same as the pump price. It depends on how much diesel you order, where the site is, the day and time of the delivery, the access to your site, and whether it is a single order or a regular supply. The official retail diesel price changes every month and is a useful guide. You can see the current figure on our diesel price page. The quote you receive from us is the price for your delivery.
Tips for a Faster Quote
- Send your request early in the day if you need diesel the same day.
- Add a location pin. It saves time and avoids mistakes.
- If you have several sites, list them all in one request.
- Give a working mobile number, so we can reach you if the driver needs directions.

Questions
Quote FAQs
Is the quote free?
Yes. Asking for a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to an order.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply as soon as we can. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way. Requests that include a location pin and a quantity are the quickest to answer.
What if I do not know how much diesel I need?
Choose Not sure yet and tell us what you want to fuel. We will ask a few questions and help you work out a sensible amount.
Can I ask for a regular supply instead of one delivery?
Yes. Write regular supply in the notes and tell us roughly how much you use each week or month. We will suggest a schedule.
Does a quote mean the diesel is booked?
No. A quote is not an order. The order is confirmed when we agree the quantity, the location, the price and the timing with you.
