You can order once, or set up regular deliveries. Either way, the steps are simple: tell us where you are and how much you need, and we confirm the details with you. We aim for same-day delivery, and the exact timing depends on your order time, the quantity and your location.

What a Delivery Visit Looks Like

It helps to know what happens from your request to the end of the visit. A normal delivery goes like this:

1. Before the truck leaves, we confirm the quantity, the location and the time with you.
2. On the way, we aim to tell you if there is a delay, so your team can plan.
3. At your site, the driver parks the tanker, finds the tank or the vehicle and agrees the amount with you.
4. The driver connects the hose and fills the tank or the vehicle, following safe fuelling steps.
5. When the amount is reached, the hose is disconnected, the area is checked and the amount is confirmed with you.

A small delivery is quick. A large one, or one with several vehicles, takes longer. If you tell us what you need, we can give you a better idea of the time on site.

Delivery Service or the Fuel Station?

A fuel station works well for one vehicle on a normal day. A delivery works better when:

• You have several vehicles or machines to fill.
• Machines cannot leave the site, such as a generator or an excavator.
• Drivers lose time in queues and start the day late.
• You want to plan fuel in advance instead of reacting.
• Your site is far from the nearest station.

The pump price is shown on the station board. The price of a delivery includes the tanker coming to you, so it can be different. We tell you the price in your quote, before the truck leaves.

Urgent and Same-Day Requests

Sometimes diesel is needed fast. We aim for same-day delivery, and we are honest that it is not possible every time. It depends on when your request arrives, how much you need, how far you are and how many deliveries are planned that day.

These steps give a request the best chance:

• Message early in the day.
• Send a location pin, not only an area name.
• Say how much you need, even if it is an estimate.
• Tell us your deadline, for example "before 4 pm".
• Keep your phone close, so the driver can reach you.

Delivery for Different Needs

Several vehicles

Park the vehicles together, with the fuel cap side easy to reach. The driver fills them one after another in the same visit.

One machine on a site

Tell us where the machine is and how far it is from the gate. If the tanker cannot get close, the driver can use the hose, within reason.

A generator at a building

Share the location of the generator and any access limits, such as a basement or a roof. We tell you what is possible before the truck leaves.

A farm or a remote place

Send a location pin and a few words on how to reach the place. Dirt tracks and soft ground need planning, so tell us in advance.

A villa or a small business generator

Tell us how much diesel the generator takes and where it is. We confirm what we can deliver for a smaller amount.

Repeat Orders Made Easy

If you order often, keep the details of your last order in a note: the location pin, the gate, the contact person and the quantity. Next time, send the same details in one message and add the new time. If you always need diesel on the same day each week, tell us, and we can set up a regular delivery instead of a new request every time.

Payment and Confirmation

Common Mistakes That Delay a Delivery

No location pin

An area name is not enough in a large industrial zone, where many gates look the same. A pin from your phone solves this in seconds.

Blocked access

A parked car, a pile of pallets or a closed gate can stop a tanker at the last step. Clear the way and tell the guard that a delivery is coming.

Nobody to meet the driver

The driver needs someone who knows where the tank is. If that person is away, the visit can be delayed or moved to another time.

More diesel than the tank can take

Check the space in the tank before you order. If you ask for more than the tank can hold, the driver can only fill what fits.

A phone that is not answered

Most delays on the day start with a call that nobody picks up. Give a number that will be answered, and a second number if you can.
