Quotes and orders

• A quote is not an order. An order is only confirmed when we and you agree the quantity, the location, the price and the delivery time.
• Prices can change with the quantity, the location, the delivery date and the market.
• "Same-day delivery" is our aim. It is not a guarantee. It depends on the time of the order, the quantity, the location and the availability of trucks.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure the driver can reach the tank or machine safely, and tell us about any site rules.
• Keep smoking and open flames away from the delivery area, and follow the driver's safety instructions.
